General Surgery Opportunity

Facility is seeking a board certified/board eligible general surgeon to join a hospital-employed group. This is a full time position with 7/10 days ER call. Office space is available. Compensation is determined by experience. The facility offers CME and relocation assistance with medical education debt. There is also a commencement bonus.

The hospital opened its doors in 1981 and has built a reputation for legendary service to its customers. Foremost among the surgical services routinely available at the hospital are orthopedics and sports medicine, neurosurgery, ENT surgery, plastic surgery, and general surgery. In addition, the hospital offers complete medical specialties including dialysis, and a full range of ancillary and support services. River Oaks opened The Baby Suites - the first Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Post-partum (LDRP) obstetrical unit in the Jackson metropolitan area - in November, 1994.
