Job Description Job Details: This position is for an experienced industrial maintenance Technician who will work in a distribution center environment. The role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting complex electrical and automated systems. Schedule/Compensation: Sign-on-bonus Get Hired, Get Paid — $2,000 Bonus! We’re offering a $2,000 hiring bonus, paid in increments throughout your first six months, to celebrate your joining our team. Compensation: This role has a budgeted range of $28.00 -$33.43/hr. + $1.50 Shift Differential Shift Details Sunday through Thursday, 5:30 PM to 2:00 AM (or until shift completion) Training schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (subject to change as needed). What You’ll Do Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electro‑mechanical systems Support and improve equipment such as conveyors, A‑Frames, printers, strappers, compressors, and other automated technologies Read and interpret electrical schematics Lead and mentor junior maintenance staff Work with vendors and contractors to resolve issues Learn new systems as technology evolves What You Bring 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (relay logic to microprocessor controls) Knowledge of mechanical, HVAC, and electrical systems (AC/DC drives, PLCs, UPS, compressors, etc.) Ability to work nights, holidays, and occasional short‑notice call‑ins Quick learner with solid problem‑solving skills Preferred NEC knowledge and light electrical construction experience Experience with LOTO, OSHA, and work order systems Technical degree or trade certification Career Level – IC – Operations Support – O3 #McKessonRPO We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
