About the Role:

The role at the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA) is pivotal in overseeing the planning, design, and construction of educational facilities across New York City. Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE) license, Registered Architect (RA), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) in the state of New York.
• Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or advanced certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Experience working with public agencies or municipal construction authorities.
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and LEED certification processes.

Responsibilities:
