Position Overview

We are hiring a Pest Control Specialist to perform perimeter pest control treatments and mosquito control services for residential properties. This is an outdoor, route-based role where you will work independently throughout the day while providing professional service to customers.

No prior pest control experience is required — we provide paid training and licensing for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do

Apply perimeter pest control treatments to residential properties

Perform mosquito control treatments using backpack fogging equipment

Complete daily service routes efficiently and professionally

Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures

Provide dependable customer service during appointments

Assist with lawn care and outdoor service work as needed depending on daily routes

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Reliable and self-motivated

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently throughout the day

Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation

Compensation & Schedule

$20–$23 per hour (based on experience)

Weekly bonus opportunities available

Monday–Friday schedule

Seasonal Saturdays required during spring and fall

Full-time, year-round position
