About the Role:

Join CASA DEI BAMBINI MONTESSORI OF MAYFAIR as a Toddler Certified Montessori Teacher, where you will inspire and nurture young minds in a vibrant learning environment. We are dedicated to fostering independence and a love for learning in our students through the Montessori method.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging Montessori curriculum for toddlers.
• Observe and assess each child's development and learning progress.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Encourage independence and self-directed learning among toddlers.
• Maintain an organized and well-prepared classroom space.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements:

• Montessori certification for toddlers is required.
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of Montessori principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
