Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Rod Buster to specialize in reinforced steel (rebar) installation on bridge construction projects. This role requires daily on-site presence and the ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of construction materials and techniques, with a focus on safety and efficiency in rebar placement. Job offers 2.50/hr per diem.
Responsibilities
- Place and secure reinforced steel (rebar) according to project specifications
- Interpret and follow construction blueprints and placement plans
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and inspections
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
- Utilize standard construction tools for installation tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reinforced steel installation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rebar placement
- Knowledge of safety management practices
