Residential Cleaning Technician -- Northland Kansas City

Job Description

Job Description

$19.00–$24.49 per job-time hour
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
No nights or weekends

If you want a job where you can move, earn steady pay, and know exactly what’s expected, this could be a fit. At WORK, you’ll clean homes using a proven system, get hands-on training, and have a real shot at higher pay if you show up, work hard, and keep your quality up.

What You Can Count On
- Clear weekday schedule — no nights or weekends.
- Starting pay at $19.00 per job-time hour, with a path to $24.49 for top performers.
- Most strong employees earn $600–$700 per week after a few months, depending on hours and performance.

- Earn up to $930.62 per week, plus tips, after training. Your hourly pay increases as your weekly cleaning hours increase. This amount is based on 38 paid cleaning hours.
- Direct feedback, so you always know where you stand.
- Training through the WORK Cleaning Academy — you’ll learn the system, not just “figure it out.”

What Your Day Looks Like
- Clean homes using WORK’s checklist and supplies.
- Move between homes during the day (you’ll need reliable transportation).
- Stay on your feet, bending, lifting, scrubbing, and carrying supplies for most of the day.
- Work solo and sometimes with a teammate.
- Fix anything you miss — quality matters.
- Adjust when plans or routes change.

What Makes This Seat Hard
- This is real physical work, all day. If you can’t keep up a steady pace, this job will be tough.
- Cleaning here is not like cleaning your own home — you’ll be moving, lifting, and working fast, every shift.
- Pay and advancement depend on your results, not just time on the job.

Who Tends to Do Well
- You show up on time, every day.
- You can keep moving and working hard for a full shift.
- You follow a system and accept feedback.
- You don’t need someone watching you to do the right thing.
- You treat clients, homes, and teammates with respect.

What You Need
- Able to handle physical work all day (bending, lifting, scrubbing, carrying).
- Reliable transportation to get between homes.
- Available Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Willing to follow a set cleaning system and accept direct feedback.

How You Can Grow
- Earn higher pay by meeting standards for quality, speed, and reliability.
- Top performers can become trainers (extra pay for training others).
- As the company grows, strong employees may move into team lead, quality, or office roles — but advancement is based on proven results, not just time.
