Be a team player responsible for bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables properly. Have a general knowledge of our food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products. Answer phones promptly and professionally, directing calls as needed. Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food & bar beverages, assisting guests, and ensuring every opportunity to WOW a customer is taken. Teamwork is essential. Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during your shift. We are Out West Restaurant Group, the largest franchisee of Outback Steakhouse. Outback Steakhouse is an Australian-themed restaurant established in March 1988. We take food seriously, but also value fun, and strive to positively impact the lives of our "Outbackers".
