Clinical Research Associate

ICON seeks a Clinical Research Associate II for the East Coast region to support sponsor-dedicated clinical trial operations. The role involves monitoring activities, ensuring protocol compliance, and maintaining data integrity across multiple study sites in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
- Ensure protocol compliance, data integrity, and patient safety throughout trials
- Collaborate with investigators and site staff to facilitate study conduct
- Perform data review and resolve queries to maintain clinical data quality
- Contribute to preparation and review of study documentation and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years of clinical research associate experience
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes, ICH-GCP guidelines, and regulations
- Strong organizational, communication, and attention to detail skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
- Legal right to work in assigned country
