Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking a temporary Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana for a 5-month contract. In this fast-paced role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations—partnering closely with our Inside Sales team, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring order accuracy. Responsibilities

• Partner with the Inside Sales team to manage customer orders, resolve inquiries, and promptly respond to incoming phone calls and emails.

• Research and provide accurate pricing, availability, and delivery ETAs for products and orders.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date quote documentation, ensuring all pricing and product configurations are correct.

• Communicate effectively with internal personnel to align daily sales support efforts with broader company objectives.
