Production Support Coordinator

Full‑Time | Mon–Fri | 7:00–4:00 or 8:00–5:00 Aspen Contracting is hiring Production Support Coordinators to help keep our offices, crews, and projects running smoothly. We're looking to add at least 3 team members , including one individual ready to take on office oversight quickly (with training and support). Department: Production Support Location: NHQ Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 / hour What You’ll Do Support day‑to‑day production operations across offices Communicate with suppliers, sales reps, tenants/homeowners, and field crews Help coordinate projects, resolve issues, and keep timelines moving Support office needs and step in when coverage or leadership is required Handle after‑hours calls as needed to support production and the field Schedule & Expectations (Important) Full‑time, Monday–Friday Shift options: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM After‑hours calls are part of the role Must be willing to use your own phone for work communication Reliable attendance and clear communication are non‑negotiable Who We’re Looking For Someone who genuinely cares about doing things the right way Strong communicator – comfortable talking with multiple groups daily Organized, dependable, and responsive Able to stay calm and solution‑focused when things don’t go perfectly One hire should be comfortable growing quickly into office oversight/support leadership (with training) Experience helps, but initiative, responsibility, and effort matter more. We can train the rest.
