Belfry Counseling Center is actively seeking a Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor who is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Work Environment\nThis position will be conducted in a remote outpatient setting, which provides clinicians with significant flexibility while maintaining high standards of care. The outpatient office is open Monday through Saturday, allowing counselors the freedom to create their own schedules, thereby promoting a healthy work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, adapting to the unique needs of each patient. \n
- Implement graduate-level clinical interventions tailored to enhance patient outcomes and foster recovery. \n
- Engage in effective communication with multidisciplinary team members regarding assessment results, treatment plans, and progress through regular documentation and meetings such as patient rounds. \n
- Demonstrate proficiency in addressing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of the diverse populations served, regardless of age. \n
- Provide case management for assigned patients, which may involve consulting and collaborating with external healthcare providers, community organizations, and support systems to ensure a holistic approach to care. \n
- Ethically and timely complete all necessary documentation as per licensing and departmental guidelines to ensure compliance and quality care delivery. \n
- Utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and other evidence-based practices to support the individualized service plans of patients and their families. \n
