Job Overview

Must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for this position.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cream cheese spreads according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Measure, mix, and portion ingredients accurately.
• Package, label, and date products correctly.
• Monitor product consistency, appearance, and freshness.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation procedures.
• Prepare ingredients for cream cheese production and other kitchen needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstations.
• Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, and production areas.
• Monitor ingredient inventory and notify management of low stock.
• Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries.
• Assist with inventory counts and product organization.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Support other production and bakery team members as needed.
• Help maintain efficient production flow throughout the shift.

• Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients.
