- Install, maintain, and repair special hazard fire alarm systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and testing of fire alarm systems to ensure compliance.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose system malfunctions to provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to complete installations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on system operations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations related to fire safety.
- Document all service work and maintain accurate records for compliance.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge in fire alarm technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fire alarm system installation and maintenance.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and local fire safety regulations.
- Valid California drivers license and clean driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
