Accounting Manager

Bridging external bookkeeping and internal financial models, the full-time remote Finance & Accounting Manager will reconcile discrepancies, support accounting processes, and transition bookkeeping in-house while managing finance admin workflows. Key responsibilities Serve as the liaison between external bookkeepers and internal financial models, reconciling discrepancies and aligning account structures Lead accounting tasks and projects, ensuring timely month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting Identify process improvement opportunities and maintain Excel models that connect actuals to forecasts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in accounting Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, including debits/credits and month-end close Strong Excel skills and experience with BI tools is a plus Demonstrated hands-on use of AI tools integrated into workflows
