$60,000 – $150,000+ per year | Immediate Opening | Growing Dealership

Hyundai of Union County is one of the fastest growing dealerships in the region , and we are looking for a driven Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Our dealership is currently undergoing a major expansion and renovation , and we are building a service team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assist with their vehicle service needs

• Write repair orders and accurately document vehicle concerns

• Communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services

• Provide updates and timelines to customers throughout the service process

• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department

• Deliver vehicles back to customers and explain completed repairs

• Ensure every guest leaves with an outstanding experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Organized and detail oriented

• Positive attitude and team mentality

• Comfortable using dealership software and computers
