Arnold Insurance Agency is looking for our next agent to join our award winning team and we'll pay for your Missouri license and train you from day one.
Join our team and get hands-on coaching from experienced agents, real sales experience, and a clear path to finding success in this industry.
This role is built for people who are competitive, coachable, and hungry to grow. If that's you, we'll invest in your development because the right people build real careers here.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients and understand their insurance needs
- Present coverage options and close new business
- Follow up consistently with leads and referrals
- Maintain a strong level of professionalism and accountability
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Competitive and results driven mindset
- Coachable with a strong work ethic
- Self motivated with a desire to grow professionally
- Missouri insurance license or willingness to obtain (we pay for it)
- Must be based in the St. Louis area. This is an in office position.
