Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele. This role involves creating a memorable experience for guests through high-quality beverage preparation, outstanding customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity while following standard recipes.
- Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning workstations, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with guests to assess their preferences and recommend beverages that match their tastes.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Uphold the responsible service of alcohol policies and monitor guest consumption.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and continuously enhance bartending skills.

Qualifications:

- 2 years of experience as a bartender is required, high-paced environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and various serving techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and poise.
- Current TIPS certification required.
