Lead Product Manager, SEO Strategy

Owning the product strategy for organic and AI-mediated discovery, the full-time Lead Product Manager, SEO Strategy will manage the development of product systems that drive organic acquisition and partner across teams to ensure measurable outcomes in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own the product strategy and roadmap for organic acquisition across various search landscapes Define and evolve AI discovery strategies, including monitoring shifts in AI platform behavior Build product-led growth mechanisms that enhance organic acquisition without paid spend Required qualifications 7-10+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, product strategy, or related roles Proven track record of shipping product surfaces that improved organic acquisition outcomes Strong understanding of AI-mediated discovery and its implications for product strategy Experience in managing or mentoring teams and facilitating alignment across stakeholders Bonus: experience in regulated or health-adjacent domains, marketplace or aggregator settings
