Water / Wastewater Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Water/Wastewater Project Engineer to join our team and support the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater systems while collaborating with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review plans, technical specifications, contract documents, and construction cost estimates for water/wastewater projects
• Assist in developing project scopes, budgets, and fees
• Design and support delivery of treatment facilities, pump stations, water distribution and sanitary sewer systems
• Perform planning and design for raw water intakes, lift stations, and system improvements
• Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies for permitting and approvals
• Support water system mapping, asset management plans, and regional planning efforts
• May supervise junior engineers and technical support staff

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 4+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
