This is not simply our job, it’s our passion. Job Summary Responsible for developing and delivering design solution and content that fulfills the needs of the One&Only Portonovi. Key Duties and Responsibilities Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials. Create these materials by hand or by using technology, including computer software programs. Adobe's Creative Cloud or alternative. Meet with colleagues/clients to gain an understanding of what they want their proposed communications to look like. Create or incorporate illustrations, pictures, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications. Select type size and style to enhance the readability of text and image. Produce drafts for review by MarCom Manager, DOSM and GM, and make revisions based on the feedback received. Review final productions for errors and ensure that final prints reflect client specifications. Produce needed materials in a timely manner. Always design within the brand standards, respecting tone of voice. Create content for various platforms, do be used within the One&Only Communication channels – photo, video etc. Edit photographs and videos. Follow printing process and be familiar with all the printing standards. Design all advertising materials. Design materials for internal communication. To assist with any other duties as required by the line manager or another member of the management team. Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo and video editing software Exceptional creativity and innovation Excellent time management and organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines Good organizational and time-management skills Strong Management Reporting Skills.
