Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner - Geriatrics in Mishawaka, IN. This is a locum position with lodging and travel allowance for out of town applicants.
Job Details
- EMR: currently TruChart but will be switching to Epic in March.
- Location 250 East Day Rd. Mishawaka, IN 46545
- Title Nurse Practitioner
- Hours: Full-time (however, will consider Part-time as well)
- Duration of assignment: Six (6) months to start
- On Call coverage one week on, and one week off.
- Need Geriatric experience
Requirements
- AANP
- ANCC
- BLS
- Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
- DEA
Pay and Benefits
- Competitive Hourly Rate ($70 per hour)
