Nurse Practitioner - Geriatrics

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a Nurse Practitioner - Geriatrics in Mishawaka, IN. This is a locum position with lodging and travel allowance for out of town applicants.

Job Details

EMR: currently TruChart but will be switching to Epic in March.
Location 250 East Day Rd. Mishawaka, IN 46545
Title Nurse Practitioner
Hours: Full-time (however, will consider Part-time as well)
Duration of assignment: Six (6) months to start
On Call coverage one week on, and one week off.
Need Geriatric experience

Requirements

AANP
ANCC
BLS
Controlled Substance (CSR/CDS)
DEA

Pay and Benefits
