Location: Vancouver, WA & Tigard, OR Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Productivity Incentive + Growth-Based Upside Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (split between locations)

EyeCare Associates of Oregon, a partner of NVISION Eye Centers, is a well-established and respected ophthalmology group expanding its footprint into the growing Vancouver, Washington market while continuing to serve patients in Tigard, Oregon. This opportunity supports the launch and growth of a new Vancouver location while leveraging the stability, referral base, and infrastructure of an existing, successful regional practice. Physicians joining this role will benefit from both the entrepreneurial appeal of a start-up environment and the clinical depth of an established group.

Responsibilities
Practice Excellence & Growth Opportunity
- Unique opportunity to help launch and grow a new Vancouver, WA ophthalmology location
- Support of an established, respected Oregon-based practice with proven referral streams
- Ability to practice comprehensive ophthalmology with immediate demand
- Full clinical autonomy supported by experienced leadership and staff

Location Highlights – Vancouver, WA & Tigard, OR
This role offers the unique benefit of practicing across two highly desirable Pacific Northwest markets. Vancouver, Washington provides no state income tax, rapid population growth, and easy access to Portland, while Tigard, Oregon offers established communities, strong schools, and a robust referral base. Physicians enjoy outdoor recreation year-round, including hiking, skiing, and river activities, along with a thriving cultural and dining scene.
Qualifications
- Board-Certified Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
- Minimum of 3 years of post-training clinical experience
- Active or eligible Washington and Oregon medical licenses
- Strong cataract surgical and comprehensive ophthalmology experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice expansion
