Senior Account Executive, Credentialing Workforce Solutions (Remote)

$80,000 to $110,000 base + uncapped commission | OTE $150,000 to $190,000

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Account Executive to drive new business for our Credentialing Workforce Solutions. You will own the full sales cycle and report to the CEO.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals
Run discovery to understand client staffing needs and present tailored solutions
Build proposals, rates, and staffing plans with internal teams
Close contracts and hand clients off smoothly to operations
Manage pipeline and activity in CRM
Meet or exceed revenue targets

Requirements

4+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare
Experience selling healthcare staffing, credentialing, provider enrollment, CVO, medical staff services, or healthcare BPO
Proven prospecting and closing results
Remote work experience and ability to travel as needed

Preferred

Established network with credentialing or medical staff leaders
Knowledge of NCQA, The Joint Commission, or CAQH processes

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience
Uncapped commission on new client gross profit, with accelerators above quota
Benefits: (health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays.
