Mill Operator

We are currently hiring a Mill Intake Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for ensuring the continuous feeding of the mill with acceptable raw materials while operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment and machinery to feed raw materials into the mill.
• Monitor the continuous flow of materials to maintain production.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform basic production-related tasks as assigned.
• Work effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• No previous experience required training will be provided.
• Basic math skills.
• Welding experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Regularly lift up to 25 lbs.
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift over 100 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and maintain balance as needed.
