Amplify is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support our customer retention efforts in Charlotte, NC. This role is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while building the relationships that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Customer Service Associate Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and responsive customer service
• Build strong relationships with customers and create positive experiences
• Answer customer questions and address concerns efficiently
• Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high standard of service
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and retention
• Follow up with customers to ensure concerns have been fully resolved
• Educate customers about products, services, and available solutions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to management
• Meet established customer service, satisfaction, and retention goals
• Represent Amplify professionally during every customer interaction
