School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Navarre, Florida

This full-time contract position provides the opportunity to serve approximately 45 students in an elementary school setting, starting August 12, 2026, and running through May 25, 2027. What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist credentials and certifications (no IVP fingerprint card required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or strong interest in servicing school-aged children, particularly elementary students
• Ability to adapt assessments and interventions to meet students' individual needs
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Flexibility and professionalism in managing a diverse caseload
• Availability for a brief prescreen interview during flexible hours

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing direct speech and language therapy to elementary students (caseload of approximately 45)
• Developing individualized education plans (IEPs) and participating in multidisciplinary meetings
• Conducting assessments, interpreting results, and maintaining detailed documentation
• Consulting with teachers and families to ensure integrated support
• Adhering to all district and professional guidelines for ethical practice
