Job Function MedTech Sales Job Sub Function Clinical Sales – Hospital/Hospital Systems (Commission) Job Category Professional Location Seattle, Washington, United States of America, Washington (Any City) Job Description We are recruiting an Account Executive – Advanced Hemostasis and Healing to sell surgical technologies to surgeons and hospital decision makers, focusing on hemostasis and wound closure platforms. The role involves selling in operating rooms, managing a territory, achieving forecasted sales, and building customer relationships. Responsibilities Grow our hemostasis and wound closure platforms. Sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in operating rooms. Be assigned a sales territory focusing on assigned physicians and hospital institutions. Meet forecasted sales in assigned accounts/territory. Set priorities and make business decisions based on sales opportunities within accounts. Demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in Operating Room environment. Manage customer questions and objections consistent with product indications and sales training. Execute the selling cycle to drive results, maintain compliance, professionalism and ethics. Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods from sales training courses. Analyze market data and conduct business planning. Build excellent customer relations with key physicians, hospital personnel, and authorized distributors, and conduct customer education seminars. Qualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 4+ years of relevant business experience in medical sales or healthcare, demonstrating exceptional achievement of sales objectives. A valid driver's license issued in the United States. Preferred Qualifications High sales performance, ability to target accounts and achieve results through daily action plans. Strong time management and planning skills. Hospital-based pharmaceutical or medical device experience (operating room sales) and experience selling to a highly educated/high profile customer base. Experience developing new, innovative markets. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation skills. Team oriented.
