Housekeeper at Union League National

HousekeeperResponsible for the day-to-day cleanliness and upkeep of The Cottage and The Estate. This position must have previous housekeeping experience and a keen eye for attention to details. Must be able to work independently to flip houses including thorough cleaning, making beds, restocking supplies, and doing laundry.This is a seasonal, part time position from April 1 - November 15. Shoulder season hours will fluctuate and in season hours may max out at 40hrs.ResponsibilitiesProvide clean, sanitary, comfortable, and orderly surroundings for members and guestsMaintain a keen attention to detail in all assigned areasStrip and remake beds according to established standardsPerform laundry duties as requiredClean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughlyMop and maintain floor surfacesRemove trash and dispose of waste properlyRestock snacks, beverages, and other supplies as neededSafely handle and use various cleaning solvents and chemicalsOperate a golf cart as required for job dutiesReport any maintenance or repair needs promptly to a supervisorNotify a supervisor of low inventory or supply shortagesInspect assigned areas, both indoors and outdoors, to ensure overall cleanlinessSkills and Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.Must have a valid US Driver's license.You will be required to lift, carry, walk, climb steps, sit, push, pull and work a flexible schedule.Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.Strong communication and time management skills.Compensation:Fair wages and safe working environmentEmployee mealsEnergetic, multi-faceted, team-oriented work atmosphereOpportunities of promotion from withinUniforms provided
