Full time Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) Territory: Alameda County: Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton and surrounding cities* Under the direct supervision of an RN Case Manager, you will provide patient care according to the Plan of Care. The results of the assessment are confidential and will be used as one of multiple data points included in the hiring decision process $55,000 - $90,000 a year Estimated Wage range Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA): 55,000.00 - 90,000.00.
