Hospital Liaison & Clinical Case Manager
Prince George's County Public Schools
The Prince George's County Health Department is seeking a Hospital Liaison-Clinical Case Manager (Counselor 2A) in the Behavioral Health Division to support hospital patients with behavioral health issues and reentry needs across the county health system. This full-time role requires screening/assessment, brief counseling, case management, and linkage to care, with an active Maryland professional license.
