Landscape Foreman

Seeking a motivated Landscaping Foreman in Jefferson CO MO $22+ an hour to lead landscaping crews and oversee daily job site operations. The Foreman is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards while providing leadership and direction to crew members.

• Supervise and lead landscaping crews on residential and commercial job sites.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed according to project specifications.
• Coordinate crew activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Operate landscaping equipment including skid steers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, loaders, and other tools as needed.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company safety standards.
• Communicate project updates, material needs, and job progress to management.

• Prior leadership landscape or foreman experience preferred.
• Ability to read landscape plans and project specifications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience operating landscaping and construction equipment.
• Dependable with strong attendance and leadership abilities.
