Job Description
- Liderar as operações de reparo e manutenção na América Latina, assegurando elevados padrões de segurança, qualidade, produtividade e conformidade.
- Traduzir a estratégia global da área em planos regionais de execução, alinhados às necessidades operacionais e prioridades do negócio.
- Gerenciar orçamento, previsões financeiras, controle de custos e iniciativas de otimização de margens.
- Implementar práticas de melhoria contínua, Lean Manufacturing e indicadores de desempenho para aumentar eficiência e confiabilidade operacional.
- Desenvolver capacidades organizacionais, promovendo formação de lideranças, desenvolvimento de competências e gestão de talentos.
- Atuar em parceria com áreas como Operações, Engenharia, Supply Chain, Finanças e Comercial para garantir alinhamento estratégico e execução integrada.
The Successful Applicant
- Formação superior em Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência consolidada em posições de liderança sênior em operações industriais, manufatura, manutenção ou ambientes de alta complexidade operacional.
- Histórico de gestão de operações multiculturais e desenvolvimento de equipes de alto desempenho.
- Forte visão financeira, capacidade de gestão de indicadores e tomada de decisão orientada a resultados.
- Vivência com gestão de transformação organizacional, melhoria contínua e otimização de processos será considerada um diferencial.
- Inglês fluente.
- Espanhol avançado.
