Quality Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Quality Operations Manager to lead daily quality operations and ensure products consistently meet established quality standards and specifications. This role will oversee quality team activities, supplier quality, product testing, customer issues, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Quality Department and establish team priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop Quality team members.
• Oversee product testing, inspections, and supplier quality activities.
• Investigate customer complaints and product returns, identifying trends and corrective actions.
• Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve product performance.
• Maintain quality procedures, specifications, and documentation.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing defects and improving customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quality reports and communicate performance updates to leadership.
• Travel to suppliers and company facilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing or consumer products.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong experience with supplier quality and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong ability to analyze data, identify quality trends, and implement corrective actions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Experience with quality management systems and reporting tools.
• Spanish/bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Work Environment

• Hybrid work arrangement with regular presence at the home office.
• Occasional domestic and international travel may be required.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull cartons weighing up to 50 lbs.
