Digital Asset Manager, AV, Streamer

Contract, 40 hrs a week, Paid as W2 $65/hr (w2) 10 months Seeking a media operations professional with experience supporting high-volume entertainment marketing campaigns in a fast-paced post-production environment. This role partners closely with creative, marketing, and post teams to manage the flow of digital assets for trailers, promos, and campaign deliverables across multiple platforms. Key responsibilities include: Managing media requests, asset deliveries, and vendor distribution workflows Coordinating source materials, metadata, and production tracking systems Creating and maintaining work orders and delivery documentation Supporting asset management, archival, and cross-functional marketing operations Ensuring timely and accurate distribution of campaign materials to creative and finishing partners Assisting with vendor onboarding, content security compliance, and workflow optimization Supporting reporting, database management, and special operational projects Ideal background: 5+ years in post-production, entertainment marketing, media operations, or creative services Experience with DAM/MAM/PAM systems and digital media workflows Strong understanding of video/audio deliverables and production pipelines Highly organized with strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills Experience with Airtable, asset tracking systems, or order management tools preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
