Business Banker

Angott Search Group is proud to partner with a respected and relationship-driven financial institution, in the search for a Business Banker to serve clients across Northwest Indiana.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial lender with strong credit skills who thrives on building relationships with local businesses and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of business and commercial banking relationships
  • Originate and structure commercial loans with sound credit analysis
  • Deliver customized banking solutions, including deposits, treasury, and lending services
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure exceptional client experience
  • Actively engage in community and business development efforts

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of commercial or business banking experience
  • Strong credit analysis and financial structuring skills
  • Proven business development and relationship management abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
