Restaurant Shift Supervisor

Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for following established meal service standards, promoting an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests through proper supervision and training of service steps. Enforce all policies including employee appearance, attendance and punctuality, service standards, and completion of job duties. Attend department meetings and drive employee engagement and retention. The supervisor must be on the floor during meal service.
