We are seeking an HR Manager to lead all human resources functions at a manufacturing site, partnering closely with leadership to support organizational goals. This role blends hands‑on HR operations with strategic initiatives across talent, employee relations, and compliance. Our client is a leading U.S.-based manufacturing organization specializing in precision metal components and value-added services for a broad range of industries. With multiple facilities across the Northeast, the company is known for its technical expertise, operational excellence, and commitment to quality. They offer a stable yet evolving environment where HR plays a key role in driving both people and business outcomes. Description Lead all on‑site HR functions, acting as the primary HR contact for employees and leadership Partner with executive leadership to support workforce planning and business strategy Manage full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes Oversee employee relations, conduct investigations, and provide guidance on workplace issues Administer benefits programs, including open enrollment and ongoing employee support Manage HRIS (ADP Workforce Now), ensuring accurate employee records and payroll coordination Oversee workers' compensation, FMLA, disability programs, and return‑to‑work initiatives Analyze HR data (headcount, overtime, compensation) to support leadership decision‑making Plan and execute employee engagement programs and events Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and audit requirements Support safety, compliance training, and cross‑functional operational projects Work Environment & Physical Considerations: Fast‑paced manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and noise; requires regular movement (standing/walking), occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), and interaction with production equipment, with flexibility for occasional travel or extended hours.
