Position Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: $180,827 – $208,000 annually + Comprehensive Benefits

What You'll Do:

✅ Lead and support a high-performing team of Labor & Delivery nursing professionals

✅ Partner with the Unit Director to oversee clinical and operational excellence

✅ Coordinate staffing, patient care delivery, quality initiatives, and team development

✅ Serve as a leadership presence across shifts while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability

Required Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

✔ Active California RN License

✔ BLS Certification (American Heart Association)

✔ Recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting

✔ Charge Nurse or Relief Charge Nurse leadership experience within Labor & Delivery
