Artificial Intelligence Engineer

On behalf of AdTech Client #1 , SD Solutions is looking for a talented AI Developer. Responsibilities Lead and mentor two Gen AI teams in developing conversational agents. Manage the team roadmap, facilitate team building, and oversee software project execution. Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities. Work closely with different stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and business operations, to align goals and outcomes. Lead the development of Conversational Agents, from concept design to production deployment. Explore and research advanced AI technologies and integrate with external APIs and services. Requirements BSc in Computer Science or related degree. 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams. 6+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications. 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Python – a must! Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies – a must! Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases. Experience in designing agentic workflows – an advantage. Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js. Experience with Langchain or Langraph – an advantage. Excellent spoken and written English skills. Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for impacting engineering teams, products, and customers.
