⚙️ Electro‑Mechanical Technician - pay up to 25/hr

Work with advanced printing equipment. Troubleshoot real‑world mechanical and electrical systems. Build products that customers rely on.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and taking ownership of technical challenges. You’ll set up and test product components, diagnose issues on complex printing machines, and ensure every finished product meets the highest quality standards. If you like variety, precision, and seeing your work directly impact production, this position offers all of that—and room to grow.

• System Setup — Configure and adjust product components and systems for smooth operation.
• Troubleshooting — Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues on a range of printing machines.
• Blueprint & Schematic Reading — Interpret technical drawings to guide testing, wiring, and repairs.
• Quality Verification — Ensure all products meet order specifications and performance standards.
• Continuous Improvement — Follow quality policies and identify opportunities to enhance processes.

• Electronic Technician Skills
• Mechanical & Electrical Testing experience
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities
• Wiring knowledge and hands‑on comfort with electrical components
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Solid mechanical aptitude and interest in expanding technical skills

You’ll work in a clean, organized production environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Steel‑toed shoes and safety glasses are required. Expect a mix of bench work, machine testing, and hands‑on troubleshooting throughout the day.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Shakopee, MN.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Shakopee,MN.
