We are expanding our creative team to enhance our consistent and engaging visual brand presence.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesLeasing & NegotiationsExperience in leasing multiple asset classes including office, retail and industrial flex.Secure qualified tenants for vacant units at or above budget expectations.Lead the end-to-end deal process – from proposal, RFPs and client presentations through negotiation and document review to lease signing.Execute strategic renewals to support optimal occupancy.Conduct property tours and screen prospective tenants.Identify new business opportunities.Portfolio Support & OperationsCollaborate with Operations/Property Management to maintain market-ready spaces and properties.Visit all vacant units no less than quarterly and all properties regularly.Manage third-party brokers as needed.Market, Analytics & ReportingLead marketing efforts across LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, Commercial Café, PS website, craigslist, and social media.Maintain property competitive sets and asset plans.Stay on top of market statistics and trends.Support annual budget process with accurate market intel.Maintain CRM daily.Providing ongoing leasing activity reports.Work with Accounting to resolve tenant rent or collection issues.Support special projects as assigned.QualificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate or related field. Or Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial leasing5+ years of commercial leasing experienceStrong communication and transactional skillsAttention to detailAbility to excel in a fast-paced environmentHave the capability to work cross functionally with Operations, Property Management, Accounting and other various departmentsWord, Excel, Outlook, Yardi Voyager, Deal Manager, Forecast Manager and Power Point are a mustAdditional InformationCompensationBase Pay Range: $120,000 - $130,000Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
