What You'll Do:

? Manage and coordinate daily dispatch operations
? Optimize routes and schedules to maximize efficiency and on-time delivery performance
? Lead, coach, and support a team of drivers and dispatch personnel
? Monitor fleet activity and respond to real-time transportation challenges
? Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
? Collaborate with customers, operations, and warehouse teams to maintain service excellence
? Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements
? Handle escalations, scheduling conflicts, and service recovery efforts

What We're Looking For:

? 3+ years of dispatch, transportation, logistics, or fleet management experience
? Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
? Strong organizational and communication skills
? Ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
? Experience with TMS, dispatch software, GPS tracking systems, and Microsoft Office
? Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation best practices
