Job Opportunity – PACU Registered Nurse – Michigan

Location: Saginaw, Michigan

Schedule: PACU nursing position with occasional weekend coverage; on-call requirement of approximately one night per week with occasional weekend call rotation

• Provide specialized post-anesthesia care, monitoring respiratory and cardiac status of patients recovering from anesthesia
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license in Michigan (LARA or Nursys verification required)
• Minimum 2 years of PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) experience required
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through American Heart Association
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification through American Heart Association
• Current skills checklist pertinent to PACU specialty (within 1 year)
• Two supervisory reference forms completed within the last two years
