We're actively hiring for a full-time Electronics Test Technician, with the opportunity to start in as little as 1–2 weeks.If you enjoy working with electronics, troubleshooting problems, and performing hands-on testing, this is a great opportunity to use your technical skills while working with innovative products in a supportive, team-focused manufacturing environment.What You'll DoPerform a variety of tests on printed circuit boards (PCBs), electronic assemblies, and mechanical assembliesPerform functional, flying probe, in-circuit (ICT), component programming, JTAG, HiPot, sub-assembly, and final system-level testingFollow established test procedures, work instructions, and quality requirementsTroubleshoot electronic assemblies and PCBs to the component levelUse test equipment to identify and isolate failuresDocument test results, collect data, and complete required test recordsRecognize failure trends and assist with root cause analysis and problem-solving activitiesWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of experience as a Test Technician, Electronics Technician, or in a similar roleHands-on experience with test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, analyzers, and frequency countersFamiliarity with ICT and flying probe testing preferredAbility to read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentationStrong computer skills and basic math abilitiesExcellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skillsGood communication skills and ability to work effectively with a teamAbility to read and write in EnglishHigh school diploma or GED; technical training or electronics certification preferredScheduleMonday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PMWe offer flexible scheduling options and are happy to work with you to find a schedule that fits your needs.Why You'll Love Working HereEnjoy a relaxed, team-focused culture where your work is valued, plus great perks like:Weekly treats (Popcorn Mondays, Fruit Tuesdays, Chips & Salsa Wednesdays, Soft Serve Thursdays)Early release on FridaysFree coffee every dayOn-site fitness and recreation centerApply today and start building your future with Cirtronics.
