About the Team: The Production team is a crucial part of our daily success, responsible for the hands-on assembly and preparation of high-quality gaming products. This team works directly with physical components ensuring that each unit is built, configured, and packaged with precision and care. In this fast-paced, physically demanding environment, team members rely on determination, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility. Everyone is held accountable not just for their own output, but for supporting the team's overall performance. A willingness to work hard, stay focused, and help others is essential to meeting daily, weekly and monthly production goals. Assembly Technicians collaborate closely with departments like the Wearhouse team, Quality Assurance, and Operations to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery. Through discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail, this team plays a direct role in delivering the quality and reliability our customers expect. Job Summary: The Assembly Tech I position is an entry level position that we will train the technician to read drawings, diagrams, work instructions and assemble Bluberi gaming machines from component pieces. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Changes in immigration status must be reported to HR as soon as they occur.

Employment Classification
To determine eligibility for benefits and overtime status and to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, Bluberi uses the following classifications. Employment classifications are based on the guidelines of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and, as circumstances dictate, Bluberi may review or change employment classifications at any time.
Exempt: Exempt Team members are paid on a salary basis and are not eligible to receive overtime pay.
Non-exempt : Non-exempt Team members are paid on an hourly basis and are eligible to receive overtime pay for overtime hours worked.
Regular, full time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and work a minimum of 30 hours weekly and maintain continuous employment status. These Team members are eligible for the full-time benefits package and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.
Regular, part time: Team members who are not in a temporary status and who are regularly scheduled to work less than 30 hours weekly, but at least 20 hours weekly, and who maintain continuous employment status. Part-time Team members are eligible for some of the benefits offered by the company and are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of each benefits program.
Temporary, full-time: Individuals who are hired as interim workers to temporarily supplement the workforce or to assist in the completion of a specific project and who are temporarily scheduled to work the company's full-time schedule for a limited duration. Employment beyond any initial stated period does not imply a change in employment status.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Under supervision from the lead, assemble Bluberi gaming machines, per the work instructions
- Learn to read drawings and diagrams
- Learn to use hand tools and required PPE (personal protection equipment)
- Under supervision from the lead, perform diagnostic tests of assembled machinery
- Learn to read a bill of material and ensure all components are readily available before starting the assembly
- Perform other duties as required
- High school diploma or equivalent; or work experience in lieu
- Technical ability
- Ability to communicate in English
- Ability to read and perform basic math functions
- Ability to work within a team and individually
- Good eye-hand coordination
- The ability to use various hand tools
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Maintain a reliable attendance record
- Ability to take ownership of work product
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is also regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, and to sit, climb or balance, and stoop, stretch, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
