Silver Cross Hospital is seeking compassionate, dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our patient-centered care teams. Key Responsibilities

• Obtain and record vital signs; promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Support patient comfort, mobility, and safety
• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care
• Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams
• Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient privacy guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CNA certification and completion of a CNA certification program
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to care for patients with compassion and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hospital experience strongly preferred
