Dental Assistant (CDA) – Oral Surgery & Urgent Care
Location: Zephyrhills, FL
Position Type: Part-Time
Pay Range: $18.00–$23.00 per hour

Just Pull It Dental is expanding and seeking a Certified Dental Assistant to support our Zephyrhills clinic. Our practice specializes exclusively in extraction services and urgent dental treatment, allowing our team to focus on delivering efficient, high-quality care without many of the complexities found in traditional dental offices.

This position is perfect for a clinical professional who enjoys patient interaction, procedural assisting, and working alongside a team committed to helping patients feel better quickly.

Position Overview
The Dental Assistant plays a key role in supporting daily clinical operations, assisting providers during procedures, and ensuring patients have a positive experience from arrival through treatment completion.

Essential Responsibilities
Clinical Support

• Assist providers during extraction and minor oral surgery procedures
• Prepare patients and treatment areas before appointments
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Support patient education and post-treatment care instructions
• Ensure operatories remain organized and procedure-ready

Operational Excellence

• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory management
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Help maintain smooth patient flow during busy clinic sessions

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with providers and support staff to ensure efficient operations
• Contribute to a positive and professional patient experience
• Assist with additional clinical tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant Certification required
• Previous experience as a Dental Assistant required
• Experience in oral surgery, extractions, or high-volume practices preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Evening availability required
• Saturday availability preferred
