Production Assistant Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.00 to $20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• Assist with the mechanical assembly of industrial control panels and electrical enclosures.
• Use basic hand and power tools safely, including drills, drivers, wire strippers, and crimpers.
• Assist with panel preparation, layout support, component mounting, and material staging.
• Cut, prepare, and install components such as DIN rail, wire duct, and other panel hardware as assigned.
• Assist with basic electrical wiring after appropriate training.
• Follow work instructions, labels, drawings, and build documentation without unauthorized changes.
• Perform basic visual checks of your work and report missing material, damaged parts, drawing questions, or obvious build issues.
• Keep job materials, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Maintain an appropriate and consistent production pace while meeting quality expectations.
• Support experienced Panel Builders and other production employees as needed.

Production Assistant Qualifications:

• Good mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work
• Willingness and ability to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work safely and accept direction

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
