Job Summary As a Comcast Xfinity retail associate, you will engage customers, demonstrate and explain product features, answer questions, process service requests, and meet or exceed sales targets to create a rewarding shopping experience. Responsibilities Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience. Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions. Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence. Help customers interpret and clarify account statements and process store bill payments. Answer questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests. Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products. Demonstrate expert knowledge and passion around technology, particularly Comcast products and services. Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information. Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Physical ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move throughout the store. Strong communication, critical thinking, problem‑solving, and customer‑focused skills. Enthusiastic learning mindset and willingness to advocate technology, products and services. Teamwork and resilience with professional integrity and self‑motivation.
